Meet Our Founder

Mark Netto


Managing Partner

Mark specialises in working with clean energy technology companies of varied sizes, from start-ups to Tier 1 electricity retailers. As a Mechanical Engineer and an Energy Manager, he well-positioned to analyse, assess and apply technologies to the built environment. This, coupled with his sales, business development, and consulting experience, enables him to decipher, distil and deliver complex systems and ideas, in a simple yet effective way.



Mark’s core competencies are:


  • Market Entry and Technical Business Development – Experienced in taking companies and technologies into Europe, EMEA, Asia and Australia
  • New Venture Creation – Involved in the creation of over 10 businesses across Asia and Australia, including an Electricity Retailer
  • Demand Side Management, DER and VPP – In-depth knowledge of both the technical and commercial aspects
  • Strategic Key Account development and management – Experienced in working with both governments and industry


Mark has a wide range of experience that includes retailers (EnergyAustralia, Diamond Electric), scale-ups (GreenSync, PHPower), as well as a variety of technical and commercial consulting roles.

Mark graduated as a Mechanical Engineer with First Class Honours. He is qualified as a Singapore Certified Energy Manager.

Dr. Ganesh Mohan: Specialising in EV/PHEV powertrain technologies, Dr. Mohan brings a wealth of knowledge in HV battery design and charging infrastructure.​

James Ravilious: As a Senior Engineer and Subject Matter Expert, James has a diverse background in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical design engineering.​


Stephen Chng: A Stream Lead at VPP Partners, Stephen is known for his innovative business development strategies and market expansion expertise.


Lachlan Ryan: Lachlan is an engineer with experience in analysing consumption patterns and designing solutions to meet specific objectives, both physical and financial. ​



Claudia Nance: Claudia is an undergraduate engineer and design student with a strong foundation in energy policy and sustainable solutions. ​
